Corn pillau

2 Cups rice
4 Cups water
4 Tbsps butter
1 Cup fresh corn off the cob, Boiled ( or tinned corn )
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 Tsp chilli powder
salt to taste 
Garnising 
2 Tbsps coriander leaves, chopped

Methold

Clean and wash rice, Leave to soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then drain. Heat butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add rice and corn and fry for 3 minutes. Add water and bring to boild. Add turmeric powder chilli powder and salt. After 5 minutes cover saucepan and cook until rice is tender. Garnish with corriander. Serve with yoghurt.
