Coffee biscuit pudding



Ingredients
Milk-1/2Lt.
Sugar-4-Tb.sp
Coco pdr-11/2Tb.sp
Arrowroot Biscuit-10 nos
Instant coffee pdr-11/2Tb.sp
Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp.
Cornflour-3Tb.sp
Cashew / badam-few
Strawberry-for garnishing

1. Boil milk (1glass) ,sugar(3Tb.sp),coffee pdr. and coco pdr., in a pan. Let it cool for some time. After it cools down dip biscuits in this coffee syrup and spread them on a pudding bowl. Pour the remaining coffee syrup on the top of the biscuit layer. freeze it for 10 to 15 min.
2. Boil rest of the milk, cornflour, sugar and vanilla essence in a sauce pan.. The consistency should be thick and also easy to pour. Spread the mixture evenly over the layer of biscuits in the pudding bowl. Garnish with roasted cashew and strawberry. Cool in the fridge for at least 2hr.
