Sesame or urud dhal-1 tis
Tomato-3
Coconut-4Tb.sp
Tamarind-little bit
Salt-to need
Dry red chilly-3
Curry leaves-few
Small onion-5-6
Oil-
Pour oil in a pan ,put sesame or urud dhal, when it starts crackling ,add small onion and sauté it for some time. Add dry red chilly and tomato. cook it for some time then add tamarind ,coconut, and salt. Let it cool for some time. Grind in a mixer . Add little water while grinding.. serve with idly or dosa
